Step 4  A national firm of Valuers will visit your property to prepare a formal valuation. The sale can now be completed within 7 days or sooner if necessary. Alternatively we can exchange on your property and then delay the completion date to suit you, giving you the benefits of a guaranteed sale plus allowing you all the time you need to move to your next property.
